Inetum is seeking a Data Engineer to join our team in a hybrid setup (50% onsite, 50% remote) in Lisbon. You will design and maintain high-performance data pipelines, implement data warehousing solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has solid experience with Data Vault 2.0, Kimball methodologies, Python, SQL, and Git, along with CI/CD familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience with Data Warehouse concepts including Data Vault 2.0 and Kimball.
• Strong Python and SQL development experience.
• Hands-on Git and CI/CD exposure.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance data pipelines and data integration processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid experience with Data Warehouse concepts, including Data Vault 2.0 and Kimball methodologies.
• Strong development experience with Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience using Git for version control.
• Proven experience designing and implementing performant data pipelines for large-scale datasets.
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles and deployment practices.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
