QUANTEAM, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is a consulting firm specializing in Banking and Financial Services. We are looking for a Data Engineer to design ingestion pipelines and develop ETL/ELT processes in Lisbon.

The role requires 6 years in data, strong SQL/NoSQL, Python, and experience with data governance. Hybrid Lisbon office, 50% on-site, permanent contract with benefits including health insurance and extra holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Data
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
• Hands-on data pipeline development using ETL tools, SQL and Python
• Experience building raw data ingestion pipelines for Data Lakes
• Understanding of data governance principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluency in English - written and spoken (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement raw data ingestion pipelines into Data Lakes.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, accessibility, and referencing standards.
• Industrialize, automate, monitor, and integrate data solutions into production environments.
• Track project progress and deliverables using Jira and Confluence.
• Lead client workshops and facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams.
• Promote a data-driven culture and support adoption of data solutions.
