Job summary

Luza is a consulting company focused on talent, tech and innovation. We seek a Data Integration professional to design, develop and maintain Oracle-based ETL solutions. You will implement ETL processes, optimize SQL/PL-SQL, and collaborate in Scrum teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PL-SQL and data modeling experience.
• Experience with ODI and ETL design in Oracle environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data integration and processing solutions within Oracle environments.
• Implement and support ETL processes ensuring data quality and availability.
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code for performance.

What You'll do:

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data integration and processing solutions within Oracle environments;


• Implement and support ETL processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability;


• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code, ensuring database efficiency and performance;


• Participate in data modeling activities, including the implementation of multidimensional models for analytical purposes;


• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex data and integration issues;


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment to deliver value incrementally;


• Apply development best practices, including TDD/BDD methodologies and Continuous Delivery principles;


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable technical solutions;


• Ensure data reliability and quality through validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives;


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, tools, and methodologies.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;


• Strong experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle 12c or higher;


• Experience developing ETL processes, preferably with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI);


• Advanced SQL knowledge, including data modeling, transaction management, and performance tuning;


• Strong command of PL/SQL and multidimensional data modeling concepts;


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;


• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, and Continuous Delivery practices;


• A proactive, autonomous professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;


• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and audiences;


• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage expectations and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders;
