LUZA Group is seeking an experienced ODI/Data Integration Specialist to lead complex data integration initiatives in a global context. You will design, estimate, and implement end-to-end solutions using ODI, ensuring scalable, high-quality data flows.

You will work with XML/XSD/JSON/CSV/XBRL formats, support regulatory reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring system stability. Portuguese and English proficiency is required, with remote work available when possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience with ODI.
• Strong hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development and data integration.
• Experience in analysis, design, and implementation of complex data integration architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using ODI.
• Ensure data integration performance, scalability, and quality.
• Handle formats: XML, XSD, JSON, CSV, XBRL; support regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Provide application support and maintenance activities.
• Drive improvements in data integration, data quality, and metadata management.
• Integrate Oracle platforms and OutSystems apps with secure file transfers.
• Ensure production applications' stability and availability.

What You'll do:

• Lead the technical analysis, solution design, estimation, and implementation of complex data integration solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Ensure efficient data integration and transformation within Oracle environments, focusing on performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Work with regulatory and business data formats, including XML, XSD, JSON, CSV, and XBRL.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance with European and national financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Provide application support and perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to data integration, data quality, and metadata management.
• Integrate enterprise systems, including Oracle platforms, OutSystems applications, and secure file transfer solutions.
• Ensure the stability, reliability, and availability of applications operating in critical production environments.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Strong hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development and data integration solutions.
• Proven experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of complex data integration architectures.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle databases and integration performance optimization.
• Experience in application support and corrective/evolutionary maintenance.
• Previous involvement in projects related to European or national financial regulatory initiatives.
• Knowledge of integration architectures and regulatory reporting systems.
• Experience handling and integrating data formats such as XML, XSD, JSON, CSV, and XBRL.
• Strong technical leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good command of technical English.
