Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Data Engineer to join one of our teams in a data-driven environment. You will design and evolve modern data platforms, develop scalable data solutions in Databricks, and deliver BI solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will work on designing data models and ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and governance, and building Power BI dashboards for operational and strategic insights. Remote work flexibility is available.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize data models, ETL pipelines, and data integration processes in Databricks.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of data warehouse processes through monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Expand and enhance enterprise data warehouse models following modern data architecture and governance principles.
• Implement data quality frameworks, monitoring solutions, and governance standards to ensure trusted data assets.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, analytical, and strategic insights.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join one of our teams in a challenging data-driven environment.

You will play a key role in designing and evolving modern data platforms, developing scalable data solutions in Databricks, expanding enterprise data warehouse capabilities, and delivering impactful business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize data models, ETL pipelines, and data integration processes in Databricks, integrating data from multiple internal and external sources;
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of data warehouse processes through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization;
• Expand and enhance enterprise data warehouse models following modern data architecture and governance principles;
• Implement data quality frameworks, monitoring solutions, and governance standards to ensure trusted and consistent data assets;
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide operational, analytical, and strategic insights to business stakeholders.

What you are like

• Proficient in Databricks for designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale ETL and data processing solutions;
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lake concepts, Modern Data Platforms, and Medallion Architecture principles;
• Proficient in SQL Server development, database administration concepts, and query performance optimization;
• Fluency in English.
