Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer to design, develop and optimize data-driven dashboards and reporting. You will transform complex datasets into meaningful visual insights, ensuring data quality and accessibility to enable informed decisions.

The role requires strong skills in Tableau/Power BI/Qlik, SQL, and data prep tools, with optional remote work possibilities and continuous training opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in CS, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficient in data visualization and BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik.
• Experienced in data preparation tools: Tableau Prep, Power Query, Alteryx.
• Strong understanding of data extraction, cleansing, transformation and QA processes.
• Proficient in SQL and handling CSV/JSON/XML data formats.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Visualization Engineer to integrate our teams and support the design, development, and optimization of data-driven solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful visual insights, ensuring data quality and accessibility while enabling informed business decision-making through impactful dashboards and reporting solutions.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand data requirements and visualization objectives;
• Connect and integrate data visualization platforms with multiple data sources, including databases, APIs, and data lakes;
• Extract, prepare, transform, and cleanse data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity;
• Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions that provide actionable business insights;
• Apply best practices in data modelling, visualization design, and data quality management to support effective decision-making;
• Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve reporting capabilities and data accessibility across the organisation.

What you are like:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field;
• Proficient in data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies;
• Experienced in data preparation and transformation tools including Tableau Prep, Power Query, Alteryx, or equivalent solutions;
• Strong understanding of data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and quality assurance processes;
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with database management systems and structured or semi-structured data formats such as CSV, JSON, and XML;
• Experienced in integrating visualization tools with multiple data sources, including APIs, databases, and cloud-based data repositories;
• Capable of translating complex datasets into clear, visually engaging, and business-focused insights;
• Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud;
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
