Responsibilities

• Act as a key speaking partner for a regional business team to discuss and understand local business requirements and translate them into data products.
• Design, develop, and maintain a portfolio of automated, high-quality data products for the region to support local reporting needs.
• Discuss and support regional ad‑hoc data requests and provide data insights in a timely and qualitative manner using technical and business expertise.
• Work closely with the data engineering team to enhance and ensure robust data pipelines for scalable and automated deliverables.
• Collaborate and align regional demands with the data science and data analytics teams to ensure synergies, best practices, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree from a university in a STEM subject (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate business requirements into data pipelines, data models, and data insights.
• Expert knowledge in programming with SQL, R, Python, and a track record in building customer‑facing applications and reports using Power BI and web application frameworks such as R Shiny or similar.
• Very good communication skills, ideally combined with experience in change management.
• Interest and motivation to continuously learn and develop, and excellent spoken and written skills in English.
• Willingness to travel to collaborate with the wider team and business.
