Decskill is seeking a Data & AI Implementation Consultant to join our Lisbon team, focusing on SRE data enablement, AI use cases and governance. You will bridge technical AI platforms with business needs to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage Snowflake, dbt, YAML, and enterprise AI tools to deploy innovative AI capabilities while ensuring alignment with client goals and internal standards.

Responsabilidades

• SRE data enablement: create/validate YAML semantic view files for Snowflake and coordinate dbt deployments across DEV, QUA and PRD.
• AI use case implementation: build/lead AI use cases using existing AI solutions; lead AI governance within the business unit.
• Claude Code enablement (optional): support productivity tooling within unit if officially approved.

We are looking for a Data & AI Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities:

• SRE data enablement: Create and validate YAML semantic view files for Snowflake (Cortex Analyst), prepare Talk2Data ontologies, and coordinate dbt deployments across DEV, QUA and PRD.
• AI use case implementation: Implement use cases using existing AI solutions and platforms, for example invoice scanning and contract generation. Act as the lead for AI governance within the business unit;
• Claude Code enablement (optional): Support developer productivity tool enablement within the unit, if officially approved.

Requirements:

• Python for data processing and AI implementation;
• Hands-on Snowflake and dbt experience, including semantic views, ontology and YAML;
• Technical-first profile with lightweight project management skills for AI use case delivery;
• Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Gemini Enterprise;
• Deep dive knowledge of AI agents and tool calling mechanisms;
• Junior Level - Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI orchestration frameworks;
• Junior Level - Knowledge of developer productivity tools such as Claude Code:
• Experience bridging technical AI platforms with specific business requirements.
