The lemon Consulting in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote-first team on a fixed-term contract. You will handle inquiries across channels, deliver courteous support, and help resolve issues to boost customer satisfaction.

Native Danish, fluent English (B2), and strong communication are essential. Prior CS experience is a plus. You will collaborate with colleagues to meet team goals and contribute to process improvements.

Qualificações

• Native / fluent in Danish both verbal and written
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Previous experience in customer service would be advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication across platforms (phone, email, chat, social media)
• Ability to follow standard procedures and handle technical inquiries with guidance
• Ability to learn new software and technologies
• Effective problem-solving and team collaboration
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
