Innopath Consulting Lda. is seeking a German-Speaking Automotive Customer Service Specialist to support customers using automotive digital services. This fully remote role lets you work from home anywhere in Portugal while delivering outstanding service in German and English.

You will assist with inquiries, explain digital features, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records, while meeting quality and productivity targets in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Availability to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation.

Working Conditions

• Fully remote position within Portugal.

• Rotating shifts within a 24/7 schedule.

• Equipment collection or delivery depends on the candidate's distance from the Braga office.
