Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech-speaking Player Support Specialist in Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality support to players via chat, email and social channels, troubleshoot in-game issues, and document interactions in the CRM system.

Fluent Czech and EU passport are required; Sofia relocation is offered. We offer a competitive monthly salary, fully paid training, health insurance and a €1,500 signing bonus.

Qualificações

• Fluent Czech (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
• Troubleshoot in-game issues, payment queries, and account security matters for Czech-speaking users.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing product training.
