The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Content Moderator for an on-site position in Lisbon. The role focuses on reviewing and moderating content to meet SLAs and compliance standards within an e-commerce context. You will work in a dynamic team and contribute to a safe, trusted platform.

The ideal candidate has native/fluent Czech, English at B2 level, and strong moderation and communication skills. The position supports shift rotations (Mon-Sun) and includes a monthly meal allowance and onboarding

Qualificações

• Native/fluent in Czech both verbal and written, with English at least B2 level.
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear communication and good judgment.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices.
• Able to manage high workloads and peak periods.
• Willingness to work in shift rotation (Mon-Sun, 24/7).
• Empathetic customer-service orientation.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)

920 EUR per month (x14 salaries)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards
• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines
• Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
• Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Czech both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday - Sunday, 24/7)
• Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision-making.
