Inetum Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager who speaks French to lead a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives, from concept through implementation, aligning with business goals and security standards across enterprise teams.

You will own project plans, drive end-to-end delivery within scope and budget, monitor risks, and report progress to stakeholders while collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations and Development teams in Portugal and beyond.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (engineering or related roles).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., IAM, Network Security).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements from design through implementation.
• Lead project execution with end-to-end ownership, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor and report on project progress using key performance indicators, milestones, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, defining and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development, etc.) to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity projects. You will be responsible for overseeing initiatives from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800 series).
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
