Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] seeks an experienced IAM leader to own and evolve a globally deployed IAM program. You will align standards, define the IAM roadmap, and coordinate both operations and development teams to deliver secure, compliant identity services.

• 5+ years of IAM systems experience in a global enterprise.
• Strong IAM principles, standards, technologies.
• Proven leadership to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with audits and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain a globally deployed IAM system and its standards.
• Review and improve IAM standards and guidelines.
• Define and execute the IAM roadmap in alignment with business and security needs.
• Manage and coordinate both operations and development teams for seamless delivery.
• Review and approve change requests with thorough test documentation validation.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritise IAM topics and projects.
• Act as the primary contact for audit-related inquiries, including financial and compliance audits.

• Taking ownership of a globally deployed IAM system and maintaining its standards.

In Order To Succeed, You'll Need

• At least 5 years of experience managing IAM systems in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, standards, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess and prioritize technical and strategic initiatives effectively.
• Familiarity with audit processes and requirements, particularly in regulated industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

The Cyber Defense Center ensures the protection of confidential data, integrity of systems, and availability of information assets for MAN Truck & Bus, our customers, and suppliers. The team is also responsible for safeguarding critical information across all business processes, ensuring the foundation of secure operations across MAN Truck & Bus products and services.
