Siemens Mobility Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Expert to lead security concepts, risk assessments, and architecture across projects. You will collaborate with customers and suppliers and align with international standards to deliver secure mobility solutions.

You will work with a global team, communicate in English and German knowledge is a plus, and benefit from a flexible working model, health insurance, and access to Siemens Learning Platforms.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or equivalent in IT or science.
• Experience in IT infrastructure projects, network security, hardening, storage.
• Knowledge of standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).
• English fluent; German knowledge advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Embed the Product and Solution Security process within the organization and projects.
• Develop IT security concepts and support security requirements implementation.
• Perform high-level risk assessments during proposal phase for future projects.
• Support project teams in security architecture development and security discussions with customers and suppliers.
• Conduct threat and risk analyses and determine countermeasures with project teams.
• Verify and validate security measures with the pentest team to meet customer expectations.
• Specify and maintain security requirements and support compliance with international standards.

Your new area of responsibility – challenging and future-oriented

• As a Cybersecurity Expert, you embody the “Product and Solution Security” process within the organization and in projects.
• As part of our team, you develop IT security concepts and support the implementation of security requirements.
• Already during the proposal phase, you carry out a high-level risk assessment for the project bid, thereby identifying the IT security risks for the future project.
• You support our project teams in the development of security architecture for projects. Furthermore, you conduct discussions with customers and suppliers on IT security throughout all phases of the project.
• Subsequently, as a security expert, you conduct threat and risk analyses and, together with the project team, determine appropriate countermeasures.
• Together with our pentest team, you verify and validate the security measures to ensure that customer expectations are met.
• You specify and maintain security requirements and also support the fulfilment of international and regional security standards and regulations.

Your Qualifications – Solid And Appropriate

• You have completed an (information) technology or scientific Master’s degree or possess an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure technology projects, such as network security, system hardening and storage technologies (CCNA R&S or Security certification, or equivalent, is advantageous)
• You possess a sound understanding of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS).
• You have knowledge of security standards and best practices (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Certifications in the fields of cybersecurity and cloud environments (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS) are advantageous.
• Highly valued is the ability to analyze and contextualize vulnerabilities within projects and solutions, understanding of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) and Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS).
• You have experience in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of projects.
• You think with both the customer and solutions in mind, communicate readily, and present yourself confidently to a wide range of stakeholders, including technical and management teams.
• You are able to communicate fluently in English; good knowledge of German is also considered an advantage.
• You enjoy working in international teams on global challenges.
