Siemens Mobility in Aveiro seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead commercial bids and global project tasks within the Mobility Software Solutions team.

You will drive calculations, accounting, and reporting, leveraging AI tools and coordinating with Accounting, Legal, Tax, and customers. English fluency and IFRS experience are essential for this international role.

Qualificações

• University degree (Master) in economics.
• Experience as Commercial Project Manager.
• Expertise in calculation, export, customs and taxes.
• Track record in applying AI tools.
• Proficiency in accounting according to IFRS and contract management experience.
• Certified Commercial Project Manager.
• Excellent command of English for highly international activities.

Responsabilidades

• Work in commercial bid and project management for the Mobility Software Solutions segments.
• Be independently responsible for all commercial tasks in bids and projects (category C and small) worldwide.
• As World Project Controller, lead project calculation, accounting, controlling and reporting; may manage packages localized to Germany.
• Use AI tools and link data sources to automate reporting and provide insights for data-driven decisions.
• Take responsibility for contract management and consult with legal experts on claims.
• Report to BU and segment management and coordinate with Accounting, Legal, Tax and customers.
• Involve in quotation and LoA processes.
• Engage in overarching topics like software accounting or process optimization along the value chain.

We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Team for Mobility Software Solutions in Aveiro!

In this role, you will...

• Work in commercial bid and project management for the "Mobility as a Service" and "Train Planning Systems" segments in our Software Business Unit
• Be independently responsible for all commercial tasks in bids and projects (category "C" and "small") around the world
• As World Project Controller (WPC), you will usually be in the global lead for project calculation, accounting, controlling and reporting; in some cases, you will manage project packages localized to Germany.
• Use AI tools and link various data sources to automate reporting and to create insightful analysis for data-driven decision-making across the entire project lifecycle
• Take responsibility for contract management and reach out to legal experts when processing claims
• Report to BU and segment management and work with national companies, internal departments (such as Accounting, Legal or Tax), and, of course, our customers
• Be involved in quotation and limits of authority (LoA) processes
• Beyond the day-to-day project business, you will be involved in overarching special topics (e.g. accounting in the software business or process optimization along the value chain).

We’re looking for someone who has...

• A university degree (Master) in a field of economics
• Previous experience as Commercial Project Manager
• Expertise in the fields of calculation, export, customs and taxes
• Track record in applying AI tools
• Proficiency in accounting according to IFRS and have experience in contract management.
• You are a certified Commercial Project Manager
• An excellent command of English for your highly international activities
