Fox IT in Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to define, implement, and monitor information security across hybrid infrastructures, including data centers, Azure/GCP clouds and edge/IoT. You will help build resilient security architectures and enforce compliance requirements for clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5 years in cybersecurity with audits, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or Fortinet NSE4.

The services to be provided related to the Cybersecurity Consultant Profile aim to ensure the definition, implementation, and monitoring of information security measures for the client's technological infrastructure, in accordance with previously established rules.

Responsibilities

• Security management in hybrid infrastructure (datacenter + Azure/GCP cloud + edge/IoT);
• Security of urban networks and IoT devices;
• Implementation of Zero Trust and network segmentation;
• SIEM, SOC, IDS/IPS and vulnerability management;
• Security of REST APIs and mobile applications;
• NIS2 Compliance: Knowledge of the requirements applicable to operators of
• essential services;
• GDPR applied to mobility and IoT systems;
• Frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS;
• Assess security risks;
• Monitor threats and incidents;
• Supporting security audits;
• Support NIS2 and GDPR compliance processes;
• Define security policies and controls;
• Prepare risk assessment reports;
• Prepare vulnerability reports;
• Prepare Compliance Reports.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• 5 (five) years in cybersecurity roles, including security audits;
• Implementation of security control policies in hybrid environments;
• Managing real-world incidents in production environments;
• Experience with NIS2 or ISO27001 compliance.
• Professional certifications in the field of cybersecurity, namely: (mandatory – one of the following): CISSP; CISM; CEH; Security+; Fortinet NSE4, or equivalent.
