Job summary

Fox IT in Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to define, implement, and monitor information security across hybrid infrastructures, including data centers, Azure/GCP clouds and edge/IoT. You will help build resilient security architectures and enforce compliance requirements for clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5 years in cybersecurity with audits, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or Fortinet NSE4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• 5 years in cybersecurity roles, including security audits.
• Experience implementing security control policies in hybrid environments.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, Fortinet NSE4 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Security management in hybrid infrastructure (datacenter + Azure/GCP cloud + edge/IoT).
• Implement Zero Trust and network segmentation.
• SIEM, SOC, IDS/IPS and vulnerability management.
• NIS2 Compliance: knowledge of requirements for operators of essential services.
• GDPR applied to mobility and IoT systems.
• Prepare risk assessment reports and compliance reports.
