Bridge351 is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional in Lisbon to define and implement security policies across hybrid infra, including onprem, Azure and GCP. The role involves Fortinet firewall and VPN management, risk assessments, and incident response in production environments.

You will drive audits, compliance initiatives (NIS2/ISO27001) and produce comprehensive risk and vulnerability reports, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain resilient security posture.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience required.
• Experience with audits, hybrid security controls, incident response, and NIS2/ISO27001.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement cybersecurity policies, controls, and procedures.

• Secure hybrid infrastructures (on-premises, Azure, GCP, and IoT environments).

• Manage and optimize Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.

• Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and incidents.

• Conduct risk assessments and support audits and compliance initiatives.

• Produce risk, vulnerability, and compliance reports.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or similar.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.

• Experience with:

  • Security audits and risk assessments;

  • Security controls in hybrid environments;

  • Incident response in production environments;

  • NIS2 and/or ISO 27001 compliance.

• One of the following certifications:

  • CISSP

  • CISM

  • CEH

  • CompTIA Security+

  • Fortinet NSE4 (or equivalent)
