PrimeIT in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Financial Customer Support professional with solid experience in financial services. You will assist clients with complex product inquiries, navigate markets information, and uphold high service standards in a bilingual setting.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience, fluency in English and French (B2+), and a strong customer-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and compliance.
