A Conce ntreix procura um Consultor de Suporte com Francês para se juntar à equipa em Lisboa, em regime presencial. O candidato irá atuar no atendimento a clientes na área de apostas, respondendo a questões, resolvendo problemas e mantendo relações de confiança com os utilizadores.

O cargo envolve turnos, com formação completa incluída. É exigida fluência em francês e inglês, boa capacidade de comunicação e apoio a clientes.

Qualificações

• Nível avançado de francês e inglês (B2) falado e escrito
• Interesse em desporto e espírito de equipa
• Boas competências de typing e informática (MS Office)
• Capacidade de aprender rapidamente novas ferramentas e software
• Capacidade de explicar conceitos de forma clara e concisa
• Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente é vantagem, mas não obrigatória
• Disponibilidade para turnos rotativos

Responsabilidades

• Atuar como consultor para clientes no setor desportivo.
• Responder a questões, dúvidas, reclamações e comentários através de vários canais.
• Construir relações estáveis e de confiança com clientes através de comunicação aberta.
• Fornecer um serviço excepcional, assegurando satisfação dentro das políticas da empresa.
• Oferecer feedback para otimizar processos internos.

Support Consultant (French-Speaking) - Betting App

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.

Qualifications

• Have a high level of French and fluent in English (B2) - Both languages written and oral
• Have an interest in sports and you are a team player with a positive attitude
• Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
• Have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
• Availability to work on rotational shifts
