FORVIA is seeking a Customer Relationship Engineer in Portugal to enhance customer satisfaction through disciplined production processes and close collaboration with customers and internal Quality teams.

You will organize technical meetings, address technical issues, manage changes, and audit storage sites and assembly lines to ensure conformity with product specifications. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development and production.
• Customer management experience.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process.
• Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer.
• Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress.
• Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products.
• Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications.
• Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality.
• Validating and accepting the packaging range.
