Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Customer Relationship Engineer to enhance customer satisfaction through rigorous attention to production processes.

You will organize technical meetings with customers, manage changes, and audit storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure compliant use of our products, while supporting resolution of concerns and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development and production.
• Experience in customer management and leading a functional network.
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer satisfaction by controlled production process.
• Organize and participate in technical meetings with the customer.
• Solve technical problems, manage changes, ensure progress.
• Audit storage sites and the customer assembly line for proper use of our products.
• Define and enforce the scale of demerit products per customer specs.
• Manage and guarantee resolution of customer concerns with Production Quality.
• Validate and accept the packaging range.

As a Customer Relationship Engineer at Forvia, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
• Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
• Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
• Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
• Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications
• Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality
• Validating and accepting the packaging range

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimumeducation level

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a Master’s degree in engineering preferred

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in combining development and production
• Customer management experience
• Experience and success managing a functional network
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
