Aptiv is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to strengthen customer relationships and drive continuous improvement across EMEA, with emphasis on North Africa operations. You will act as the bridge between internal teams and customers, ensuring requirements and quality targets are understood and fulfilled, including IATF16949 processes.

Qualificações

• Bac+5 or equivalent in scientific or technical specialty.
• Automotive quality experience in the field is preferred (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards and customer-focused quality processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer quality activities across EMEA with focus on North Africa.
• Analyze customer scorecards, communicate results, drive corrective actions.
• Support management reviews with customers and monitor complaint resolution.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during audits, launches and improvements.
