You will support clients via Chat, Email, and Phone with pre-sales and post-sales advertising inquiries, tool troubleshooting, and account optimization.

You will support business clients via Chat, Email, and Phone with pre-sales and post-sales advertising inquiries, tool troubleshooting, and account optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist business clients in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Provide technical and operational support via Chat, Email, and Phone.
• Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) levels by providing empathetic and efficient support.
• Handle sensitive account information securely and manage client communications professionally.

Requirements
