Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Operations Specialist to empower SMBs growing their digital presence on major global social platforms. You will support clients via Chat, Email, and Phone with pre-sales and post-sales advertising inquiries, tool troubleshooting, and account optimization.

The role offers a gross monthly package of €1,237.83, plus private health and dental insurance on contract signing, and paid onboarding and product training to help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• C1 Level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional communication tone.
• Ability to troubleshoot ad platform tools and manage client inquiries smoothly.
• Digital literacy and quick learning ability.

You will support business clients via Chat, Email, and Phone with pre-sales and post-sales advertising inquiries, tool troubleshooting, and account optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist business clients in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Provide technical and operational support via Chat, Email, and Phone.
• Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) levels by providing empathetic and efficient support.
• Handle sensitive account information securely and manage client communications professionally.
