Unilabs is seeking a Change and Culture Manager to lead organisation-wide change and culture initiatives across countries. You will partner with HR, business leaders and project teams to drive adoption, embed behaviours and strengthen engagement.

With 4-7 years in change management and a track record delivering large-scale programmes in international environments, you will translate strategy into practical actions, design workshops and measure impact.

Qualificações

• 4-7 years of experience in change management, organisational development, culture, internal communications, HR transformation or a related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale organisational change programmes in a complex and international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across different levels of the organisation.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops, engagement sessions and leadership engagement interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement change management strategies for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create and execute change plans to ensure adoption of new processes, systems, structures and ways of working.
• Monitor change progress and intervene to address adoption challenges or resistance.
• Partner with project teams, HR and business leaders to integrate change activities into programme plans.
