TSL, a leading engineering and construction partner, is seeking a Civil Engineer to drive CSA works across project phases with a strong focus on site execution, coordination, and engineering control.

You will collaborate with CSA, MEP and fit-out teams, manage site activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and develop capability to operate at CSA Site Manager level on high-tech projects such as data centres.

Qualificações

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in site-based construction delivery (CSA).
• Strong understanding of setting out, surveying, and engineering control.

Responsabilidades

• Support and take ownership of defined CSA work packages or project areas.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, specifications, and quality standards.
• Carry out and manage setting out, surveying, and engineering control activities.
• Interpret technical drawings and manage revisions.
• Maintain accurate as-built records and documentation.
• Monitor progress and support corrective actions to maintain programme alignment.
• Coordinate CSA works with MEP, fit-out, and other project disciplines.
• Identify and mitigate interface risks and clashes before execution.
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Support integrated construction sequencing and programme alignment.
• Review drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Raise and manage RFIs proactively.
• Support review of RAMS.
• Identify and propose constructability improvements.
• Monitor QA/QC and participate in inspections; manage snagging and close-out.
• Maintain QA/QC records and documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement in quality standards.
• Support subcontractor performance and coordination.
