What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Expert specialized in Cryptography, Encryption at Rest and Key Management to strengthen cybersecurity teams within the financial sector.

The role focuses on defining security requirements and strategies for cryptographic solutions, assessing data protection mechanisms, supporting risk analysis activities and contributing to the evolution of cybersecurity practices across a large international organization.

What will you do?

• Define security requirements and strategy for Cryptography and Data Security
• Support business entities in implementing cybersecurity and cryptographic security measures
• Analyze and evaluate security risks, impacts and propose mitigation measures
• Assess the robustness of security architectures, designs and data protection mechanisms
• Contribute to technical Proofs of Concept (POCs) for security solutions
• Provide guidance on the use of cryptography, anonymization and masking techniques depending on business needs
• Write and validate risk assessments and define appropriate countermeasures
• Contribute to the inventory of cryptographic assets and crypto-agility initiatives
• Perform technological watch and share cybersecurity knowledge with the community
• Promote best practices around encryption, key management and data protection

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management
• Advanced knowledge of Cryptography concepts and practices
• Experience with Encryption at Rest and Key Management solutions
• Knowledge of data protection mechanisms and security architecture
• Experience with security risk analysis and mitigation strategies
• Ability to translate business requirements into security requirements
• Strong IT knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
