PrimeIT is seeking a Cyber Security Senior Officer to join our security team in Lisbon and Porto. This mid-level role targets professionals with 3 to 6 years of experience and a solid IT security background.

You will identify, assess and manage cyber security risks, ensure compliance with BNP Paribas Group and security policies, and provide security advisory to IT and business stakeholders. Emphasis on cloud security and security architecture guidance, with AI-enabled improvements.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years in cyber security or related IT security roles.
• Strong knowledge of security standards and architecture.
• Experience with cloud security and risk assessment.
• Academic background in IT or a relevant field is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess and manage cyber security risks across IT environments.
• Ensure compliance with BNP Paribas Group and CIB security policies and standards.
• Provide security advisory and guidance to IT and business stakeholders.
• Analyse security requirements and define guidelines to ensure compliance across IT systems.
• Review deliverables by IT Security Analysts for cyber security and risk management.
• Contribute to cybersecurity projects by evaluating risks and defining security solutions, tools and processes.
• Perform in-depth analysis of complex security scenarios in project and operational contexts.
• Focus on security challenges related to cloud-based solutions and architectures.
• Act as a security architecture expert, supporting solution implementations aligned with guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve security processes and leverage AI as a facilitator.

We are looking for a Cyber Security Senior Officer!

Location: Lisbon | Porto

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Identify, assess and manage Cyber Security Risks across different IT environments and contexts;
• Ensure compliance with BNP Paribas Group and CIB Security Policies and corporate security standards;
• Provide security advisory and guidance to IT and business stakeholders;
• Analyse security requirements and define appropriate guidelines to ensure compliance across different IT systems;
• Review deliverables produced by IT Security Analysts in accordance with Cyber Security and Risk Management requirements;
• Contribute to Cybersecurity projects by evaluating risks and defining security solutions, tools and processes;
• Perform in-depth analysis of complex security scenarios in both project and operational environments;
• Focus particularly on security challenges related to cloud-based solutions and architectures;
• Act as a security architecture expert, supporting the implementation of solutions aligned with corporate guidelines;
• Identify opportunities to improve security processes and leverage AI as a facilitator.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT Security and Cybersecurity principles;
• Knowledge of security and risk management standards, including ISO/IEC 27000 Series, ISO 27005 and ISO 31000;
• Strong understanding of Application and Technology Architecture;
• Knowledge of Cloud-Based Architectures;
• Experience in Cyber Security Risk Assessment and Management;
• Ability to analyse complex security scenarios and define appropriate security solutions;
• Knowledge of the Investment and Financial Banking Services;
• Academic background in IT or a relevant field is mandatory;
