WPP Enterprise Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a CRM Technical Developer to join our CRM & Loyalty team. You will develop and maintain CRM assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and support enterprise client accounts.

The role requires HTML/CSS expertise, hands-on SFMC experience, and strong communication in Portuguese and English; you will collaborate with account and content teams under tight deadlines.

Authorized to work in Portugal; experience with FMCG/retail is a plus.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in HTML and CSS for CRM/email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in agency or client-side environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain CRM platform assets in HTML and CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and implement technical CRM campaigns (email, automation).
• Provide direct technical support to the client account, resolving issues and delivering optimisations beyond standard scope when needed.

We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Technical Developer to join our CRM & Loyalty team in Lisbon, supporting enterprise client accounts on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will play a hands-on technical role, developing and maintaining CRM platform assets, while providing direct technical support to a client account.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain CRM platform assets in HTML and CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and implement technical CRM campaigns (email, automation), ensuring delivery against the client’s campaign calendar.
• Provide direct technical support to the client account, resolving issues and delivering optimisations beyond standard scope when needed.
• Collaborate with account and content teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Who You Are

• A hands-on technical problem-solver with strong attention to detail in platform development.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise clients under tight deadlines.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve platform performance and client service.

What You’ll Need

• Solid experience in HTML and CSS applied to CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required).
• Previous experience working directly with enterprise clients, in an agency or client-side environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English
• Authorized to work and reside in Portugal.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with additional CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g. D365, HubSpot).
• Experience supporting FMCG, retail, or insurance client accounts.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development.
