Qualificações

• Solid experience applying HTML/CSS to CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (mandatory).
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients, in an agency or client-side environment.

Responsabilidades

• Development and maintenance of CRM platforms using HTML and CSS, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Building and implementing technical CRM campaigns (email, automation), ensuring adherence to campaign schedules.
• Direct technical client support, including incident resolution and ad-hoc optimizations.
• Development and optimization of content in D365 (content blocks, templates).
• Collaboration with content and marketing automation teams.
• Identification of technical improvement opportunities to expand client service scope.
