VML in Lisbon is looking for a CRM Technical Developer to join our CRM & Loyalty team. You will develop and maintain CRM assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and collaborate with enterprise client accounts to deliver high‑quality campaigns.

We adopt a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration four days a week. The ideal candidate has strong HTML/CSS skills, hands‑on MC experience, and excellent Portuguese and English communication to support global clients.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in HTML and CSS applied to CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required).
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients in an agency or client-side environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain CRM platform assets in HTML and CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and implement technical CRM campaigns (email, automation), ensuring delivery against the client’s campaign calendar.
• Provide direct technical support to the client account, resolving issues and delivering optimisations beyond standard scope when needed.
• Collaborate with account and content teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
