VML is seeking a hands-on CRM Technical Developer to join our CRM & Loyalty team in Lisbon. You will develop and maintain CRM assets in HTML/CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and build technical campaigns for enterprise clients.

You will provide direct technical support, resolve issues, and collaborate with account and content teams to ensure high-quality delivery under tight deadlines. A hybrid office model in Lisbon is supported with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience with HTML and CSS for CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is required.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in agency or client-side environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain CRM assets in HTML and CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and implement technical CRM campaigns (email, automation) per calendar.
• Provide direct technical support to the client account and deliver optimisations.
• Collaborate with account and content teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
