You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time CRM performance, and work with CRM, data, and product teams to improve experimentation and data reliability.

You will evaluate A/B tests, identify trends and anomalies, and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders to optimize CRM strategy and customer engagement.
