SkillOnNet is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and support our local team in Portugal from Lisbon. You will own the BacanaPlay brand and drive digital marketing efforts for the Portuguese market, with collaboration across our Brazilian team for regional alignment and campaigns.

You will monitor and optimise day-to-day digital activity across channels, coordinate campaigns with agencies and in-house teams, and deliver actionable insights to improve performance.

Qualificações

• University degree in Marketing, Business or Advertising or related field.
• +5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Understanding and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, main KPIs and platforms.

We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join and support our local team in Portugal. Based in Lisbon, you will take ownership of the BacanaPlay brand and lead all digital marketing efforts for the Portuguese market. In addition, you will provide support to our Brazilian team, contributing to regional alignment and campaign execution across both markets.

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for tracking the day-to-day external and internal digital paid activity of the brand, ensuring acceptable CPAs and reactivation costs across all digital channels included in the media buying. You will monitor the activity with the various agencies and the in-house team involved, focusing on performance within a continuous learning process. Also, you will be in contact with our central office to coordinate the international campaigns and site content.
• You will be responsible for: Day-to-day monitoring of digital activity for Portugal and our Brazil market, when needed, including PPC, social media, direct deals, programmatic, email, native ads and in-app, among others Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns to improve overall campaign performance. Coordination with external agencies/in-house teams to activate new campaigns/audiences to cover the whole acquisition/retention funnel with relevant messaging. Provide insights to channel managers and creative teams to improve campaign performance.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Marketing, Business or Advertising or related field. +5 years of experience in digital marketing. Previous experience in a competitive, high-volume transactional e-business and/or gaming environment will be considered as an advantage. Understanding and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, main KPIs and platforms. Excellent organisational, management and individual productivity skills. Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done.
