Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a Senior Conversational AI Designer to design, shape, and optimize AI-powered conversational experiences across chat and voice. You will work at the intersection of UX, Generative AI, and conversational technologies to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining dialog strategies, and ensuring production-ready solutions with governance and guardrails, while leveraging LLMs and AI

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UX/Service/Product design experience.
• 1+ years in Conversational Design or related.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience defining guardrails and governance for AI interactions.
• Experience designing chat and voice-based UIs.
• Solid user-centered design methodologies and usability practices.
• Workshop facilitation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into conversational journeys and flows.
