We're a company in a phase of strong growth, with multi-entity and multi-currency operations, a business model built on customer pre-bookings and deposits, and demanding asset management (a high-value bicycle fleet). As we grow, we're strengthening our financial and management-control structure — and that's where the Controller comes in.

Our Mission

inGAMBA started with a simple question: what would a cyclist's perfect week look like? We set out to give our guests the equipment, support, and attention usually reserved for professional athletes, paired with the comfort of a true luxury getaway, in some of the world's most spectacular cycling destinations. Nothing is left to chance — because we believe it's the small details that make the experience unforgettable.

Our Values
  • Excellence in every detail — from our bike fleet to our guest service, only the best is good enough
  • Deep local roots — genuine knowledge of the roads, food, wine, and culture in every destination we ride
  • Professional-level expertise — a team built on real experience in the professional cycling peloton
  • Authentic hospitality — we treat our guests like family, not just customers
  • Passion for the sport — inGAMBA was built by riders, for riders
About the Role

  • Support the group's consolidation process (PT/IT/USA), including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reconciliation between individual and consolidated statements
  • Manage and control the accounting of the bicycle fleet (high-value inventory), including acquisitions, depreciation, renewal/resale cycles, and the related impact on working capital
  • Control and report customer deposits and prepayments (deferred revenue), ensuring correct revenue recognition and a clear view of cash position and adjusted liquidity
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses (budget vs. actual), in coordination with the company's different areas
  • Monitor the cash position, support working-capital management, and help prepare cash-flow and financing sensitivity analyses (e.g., credit lines, bank financing, covenants)
  • Calculate and track key financial indicators (liquidity, solvency, financial leverage, and profitability ratios), presenting them to Management in a clear and actionable way
  • Prepare reporting to support financial institutions and shareholders, including supporting documentation for financing processes
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, internal controls, and accounting policies, including intragroup transfer-pricing policies
  • Ensure compliance with the tax and legal obligations applicable to the company in Portugal
Desired Profile
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Certified Accountant (OCC) certification is an advantage
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or audit roles, ideally within a multinational or group environment
  • Solid knowledge of Portuguese accounting standards (SNC); FASB knowledge and IFRS is valued given the group's international transactions

  • A competitive salary package, aligned with experience and the market
  • A dynamic, international, and informal working environment, with a team that's passionate about the product
