- Certified Accountant (OCC) certification is an advantage
- 3 to 6 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or audit roles, ideally within a multinational or group environment
- Solid knowledge of Portuguese accounting standards (SNC); FASB knowledge and IFRS is valued given the group's international transactions
- Experience with account consolidation processes and multi-currency contexts is a strong advantage
- Advanced Excel skills (including financial modeling and ratio analysis); experience with accounting/management ERPs
- Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility and deadlines
- Good communication skills, including preparing financial information for non-financial audiences (Management, partners, banking partners)

- A competitive salary package, aligned with experience and the market
- A dynamic, international, and informal working environment, with a team that's passionate about the product
