Willis Towers Watson Lisbon Regional Delivery Center seeks a Level 2 Control Analyst to strengthen CRB France operations. You will perform second-level controls across subscriptions, fleet management, premiums/commissions, claims, and complaints, ensuring procedures are followed and risks are properly documented.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, traceability, and collaboration with global teams, using Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI to monitor controls and report deviations.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French (C1/C2 preferred).
• Basic understanding of internal control principles.
• Ability to apply control checklists with rigour and consistency.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and monitoring tools.
• Capability to identify, classify, and document anomalies clearly.
• Highly rigorous, methodical, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Perform controls defined in the CRB control plan, according to frequency and methodology.
• Examine files, samples, or data extracts to verify compliance and accuracy of processing by operational teams.
• Apply control checklists and analysis criteria in a consistent, documented manner.
• Identify anomalies, discrepancies, or non-conformities, classifying by nature and severity.
• Ensure full traceability of controls.
• Populate monitoring and reporting tools (dashboards, databases, control platforms).
• Report major deviations requiring corrective action.
• Propose adjustments to control grids or procedures when improvements are identified.
