Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Insurance and as a Compliance Controller.
• Strong organizational and planning management skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a team of controllers in their daily roles.
• Manage day-to-day activity, including performance and cost reviews.
• Propose and adapt an annual control plan based on CCRM team information.
