CB Talents SP in Lisbon is seeking a proactive Compliance Control and Risk Management Team Leader fluent in English and French to steer our CCRM operations. You will lead the team, coach performance, and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory standards.

You will manage end-to-end risk assessments, coordinate escalation handling, and promote a high-performance culture, with on-site work initially and a transition to hybrid work once autonomy is demonstrated.

Qualificações

• Experience: Mandatory professional experience in CCRM (Compliance Control and Risk Management).
• Leadership: Proven track record in team management or supervisory roles.
• Languages: Native or C1 proficiency in both English and French.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of the CCRM team, coaching and regular performance reviews.
• Monitor compliance workflows, mitigate risks, and act as primary contact for complex escalations.
• Ensure the team stays updated on evolving regulatory requirements.
