Qualificações

• Proven experience in reporting and dashboards, preferably in insurance/outsourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Create interactive dashboards and provide actionable insights on performance.

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to gather data and ensure integrity.
• Develop automated reporting processes for data collection and reporting.
• Provide end-user training on reports and dashboards.
• Assist in user access administration for client tools.
