Job summary

Progress Partners is recruiting a Content Production Manager to own end-to-end content production for multiple consumer products. You will coordinate in-house specialists and a freelance network, ensuring high-quality, timely content produced at scale using AI workflows and CMS integrations.

You’ll drive editorial judgement, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate across time zones in a remote, async environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in content production or editorial management for digital products.
• Experience managing freelancers and remote experts at scale.
• Strong editorial skills and high content quality standards.
• Hands-on with AI content and video tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple projects.
• Comfort with metrics and content performance analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote async environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content production across products, from brief to publication.
• Coordinate AI-assisted content pipelines, including generation, review, and import into our CMS.
• Brief, manage, and review freelancers: writers, video producers, editors, instructional designers, and subject-matter experts.
• Own video production, including AI-generated video and captions.
• Set up and track production timelines, capacity, and budgets.
• Make sure content goes through quality review, originality checks, and localization on time.
• Monitor content performance and engagement, and feed insights into what we produce next.
