Tp Portugal is hiring a Content Moderator in Lisbon to ensure compliance with community standards across videos, images, text, and audio. You will assess content and apply platform guidelines to maintain a respectful space.

The role requires fluent Latvian (C2) and strong English (B2), sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including nights and weekends. Prior moderation experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and verbal Latvian (C2)
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Stay updated with policy changes
• Experience in moderation or social media is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Assess videos, images, text, and audio to ensure compliance with community standards
• Identify and address content not complying with platform guidelines
• Moderate comments, posts and appeals to maintain a respectful space
• Apply relevant classifications for better organization and accessibility
• Uphold legal and platform guidelines to protect integrity
• Document moderation actions and identify recurring issues
• Communicate with policy, compliance, and legal teams for complex cases
• Work on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
