A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Content Moderator fluent in Russian and English for a popular social media video app in Lisbon. Responsibilities include content review, customer inquiry response, and liaising with internal teams to ensure compliance. The role offers a relocation package, health insurance from day one, and various internal activities. The candidate must hold a Portuguese residence card or EU passport, and be prepared for 24/7 shift work, handling sensitive content.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Russian both written and spoken (C1 minimum).
• Professional level of English (B2).
• Possession of a Portuguese residence card or EU passport.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing content (videos, images, text, and audio).
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure user and brand safety.
• Providing services on a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Handle exposure to sensitive content, including violence and misinformation.

For one of the most popular social media video app you will be responsible of the content moderation.

Together with your colleagues you will be part of a team ensuring a competent and excellent content moderation service, in order to grant that all the platform compliance regulations are followed. You will also provide a friendly customer service experience answering customer’s queries with the intention of questions or doubts regarding the platform policies and/or enforcement appeals, both in Italian and English.

Part of your daily activities will be:

Reviewing content (videos, image, text and audio);

Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals;

Liaising with internal teams to ensure user and brand safety;

Able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation;

Requirements:

Fluency in Russian both written and spoken (C1 minimum), with a professional level of English (B2).

Being in possession of a Portuguese residence card or EU passport

• Relocation package with Flight reimbursement once a year; apartment in Lisbon; pick up at the airport; language classes and various internal activities .
• Christmas and Holiday allowances. Paid out by default in monthly installments.
