Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator who is fluent in Dutch and proficient in English to help maintain a safe, high-quality user experience. This on-site, full-time role focuses on applying platform policies to user-generated content within an ecommerce context, collaborating with operations and customer-facing teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch- and English-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content, ensure compliance with platform policies, and help maintain a safe and high-quality experience for our users. You will work closely with customer-facing and operations teams, applying strong judgment and local market knowledge—especially in an e-commerce context.

Requirements

• - Fluent / native-level Dutch
• - Professional working proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• - Strong content moderation skills and experience applying policies consistently
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• - Strong rational decision-making abilities and attention to detail
• - Local market expertise and a solid understanding of e-commerce
• - Strong customer service orientation and genuine empathy
• - Ability to remain calm and effective during high-volume periods (e.g. promotion seasons)

Benefits
