A Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) em Lisboa/Braga procura Content Expert para apoiar a implementação da estratégia de conteúdo de eRetail e gerenciar conteúdos de produto.

O candidato ideal tem mais de 5 anos em Marketing Digital/eBusiness, experiência com Content Hub/Studio e pode trabalhar num regime híbrido, com 2 dias no escritório. A posição oferece exposição internacional e pacote competitivo.

Qualificações

• Mais de 5 anos em Marketing Digital / eBusiness com marcas globais.
• Conhecimento de gestão de conteúdo e melhores práticas de conteúdo de eRetail.
• Inglês fluente (escrita, leitura e fala).

Responsabilidades

• Auxiliar na implementação da estratégia de conteúdo de eRetail e conteúdos de produto.
• Colaborar com equipas regionais para operacionalizar o conteúdo do eContent.
• Gerar relatórios de desempenho e melhores práticas para melhoria contínua.
• Apoiar a formação de capability e webinars para equipas locais.

Position Summary

The core function of this expert role is to support the Zone Category eBusiness Lead(s) and Markets to drive the implementation and execution of the eRetail Product Content Strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives/KPIs more effectively and efficiently. The eContent Expert will focus on operationalizing Product eContent production and the Nestlé Operating Models. This job is a fantastic opportunity for the right person who is looking to manage eRetail/eCommerce Content holistically and internationally.

A day in the life of...

• Supports Zone eBusiness Category Lead(s) in developing/implementing the eRetail/eCommerce Content Operationalization strategy, assesses brands and market maturity and builds up Holistic Content understanding in the markets/brands bringing Capability Building when necessary.


• Advocates the implementation and usage of the Nestlé Content Operating Models (Content Services & Content Studio) and Global Solutions (e.g., Content Hub and integrated tools).


• Coordinates the operationalization action plan with the Zone Categorie(s), SBUs and Markets, ensuring timely and quality of execution.


• Supports the Zone Categorie(s) with Product Content localization process following Brand Plans with NBS, markets & SBUs and defines Continuous Improvement Plan with Zone Categorie(s).


• Creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline that offer insights & recommendations.


• Supports the Zone Category team and market teams with capability building, through training sessions and webinars.


• Establishes and rolls out a governance model, processes, and ways of working with the aim of deploying the Product eContent strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organization.


• Manages and aligns with several stakeholders and must be able to drive change management and execute Zone Category agenda with Markets.

What will make you successful:

• More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with Global brands.


• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing.


• Good knowledge of eRetailer/Product Page Content best practices and strategy.


• Project management skills


• Experience with eCommerce/eRetail strategies is a plus.


• Experience with content management tools is a plus.


• ProficientEnglish writing, reading, speaking.


• Proven change management experience.
  
• Excellent communication skills.


• Team oriented mentality and attitude.


• Ownership, responsibility & adaptability.


• Result oriented.


• Can work independently and predominantly in a remote team.


• Pro-active, self-learner and self-driven.
