Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) seeks an experienced eContent Expert to drive the eRetail product content strategy across markets. You will operationalize content production and align with Nestlé operating models to accelerate KPI achievement.

The role focuses on managing eRetail/eCommerce content holistically and coordinating with Zone categories, SBUs and markets in a dynamic, remote-ready environment.

• 5+ years in digital marketing /eBusiness with global brands.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and eRetail/content best practices.
• Experience with content management tools.
• Proven change management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Zone eBusiness Category leads in developing and implementing the eRetail content strategy.
• Advocate use of Nestlé Content Operating Models and Global Solutions.
• Coordinate action plans with Zone categories, SBUs and Markets for timely execution.
• Assist with content localization following Brand Plans with NBS, markets and SBUs.
• Create and distribute regular performance reports and best practices.
• Support capability building through training sessions and webinars.
• Establish and roll out governance, processes, and ways of working for product eContent.
• Drive change management and align with multiple stakeholders across Markets.

Position Summary

The core function of this expert role is to support the Zone Category eBusiness Lead(s) and Markets to drive the implementation and execution of the eRetail Product Content Strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives/KPIs more effectively and efficiently. The eContent Expert will focus on operationalizing Product eContent production and the Nestlé Operating Models.

A day in the life of...

• Supports Zone eBusiness Category Lead(s) in developing/implementing the eRetail/eCommerce Content Operationalization strategy, assesses brands and market maturity and builds up Holistic Content understanding in the markets/brands bringing Capability Building when necessary.
• Advocates the implementation and usage of the Nestlé Content Operating Models (Content Services & Content Studio) and Global Solutions (e.g., Content Hub and integrated tools).
• Coordinates the operationalization action plan with the Zone Categorie(s), SBUs and Markets, ensuring timely and quality of execution.
• Supports the Zone Categorie(s) with Product Content localization process following Brand Plans with NBS, markets & SBUs and defines Continuous Improvement Plan with Zone Categorie(s).
• Creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline that offer insights & recommendations.
• Supports the Zone Category team and market teams with capability building, through training sessions and webinars.
• Establishes and rolls out a governance model, processes, and ways of working with the aim of deploying the Product eContent strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organization.
• Manages and aligns with several stakeholders and must be able to drive change management and execute Zone Category agenda with Markets.

What will make you successful:

• More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with Global brands.
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
• Good knowledge of eRetailer/Product Page Content best practices and strategy.
• Project management skills
• Experience with eCommerce/eRetail strategies is a plus.
• Experience with content management tools is a plus.
• ProficientEnglish writing, reading, speaking.
• Proven change management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team oriented mentality and attitude.
• Ownership, responsibility & adaptability.
• Result oriented.
• Can work independently and predominantly in a remote team.
