CompuGroup Medical is seeking a Consultant who will support hospitals in analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing their processes, focusing on healthcare process consulting and the implementation and enhancement of our software solution for inpatient and outpatient care.

You will work closely with customers across the DACH region on HIS projects, analyze and migrate processes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, with German and English communication and willingness to travel.

Qualificações

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading digital transformation projects, preferably in a hospital environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and independent, structured, solution-oriented work style.
• Business acumen including controlling, cost management, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; willingness to travel.

As aConsultant, you will support hospitals in analyzing,optimizing, and digitalizing their processes. Working closely with our customers, you will help design future-oriented solutions for both inpatient and outpatient care processes.

• You willbe responsible forinnovative IT projects across the DACH region, with a focus on the implementation ofstate-of-the-artHospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Analyze, consult on, andoptimizehospital processes.
• Design and implement business processes using our company’s software solution.
• Participate in system implementation, testing, and migration projects.
• Collaborate closely with customers and interdisciplinary project teams.

Your Profile

You have solid knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Hospitalprocesses
• Outpatient andinpatienthealthcare
• Medical Service review processes (MDK reporting)
• Modern Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Practice Management Systems (PMS)
• Requirements and process management (BPMN, Use Cases, User Stories)
• Testing and migration projects (Big Bang or phased migration)
• Healthcarereporting
• Healthcaredocumentation

Idealtohave:

• Knowledge of SAP IS-H, particularly in customizing and the underlying data model
