The Consultant provides VAT compliance services and advice to a wide range of clients operating across different sectors and countries. They continually help clients make informed business decisions in light of VAT changes and developments. They monitor and anticipate changes to VAT legislation and respond quickly with advice specific to clients’ compliance requirements. The role focuses on preparing and submitting VAT declarations in all countries where clients conduct strategic transactions. It is also responsible for managing client relationships, communicating with clients and tax authorities in several countries, and monitoring and following up on the respective processes. The position requires the ability to work with clients and tax authorities across several jurisdictions, as well as the technical VAT knowledge needed to provide services to clients in multiple countries.
